The Annex is the original motel building built in the 1950s, which consists of 11 rooms for Bar Harbor vacationers who need affordable, clean accommodations during their stay. The Annex building is located on a quiet side street just behind the main Bar Harbor Villager Motel building, and is a great downtown option for the more budget-minded traveler. The Annex rooms are a bit smaller (215 sq feet) and less modern than those in our main building, but our guests can still enjoy the essential amenities the Bar Harbor Villager Motel offers, including the use of the heated outdoor pool, complimentary off-street parking, and complimentary “Grab & Go” Morning Snack Bar. Each of our budget rooms in the Annex offers either 1 double bed, or a double and a twin bed.
